When to choose the Journey
A Soul Alchemy session has opened something important, but you know that a single session is not enough to change the deeper structure underneath it. Over three months, we work in a deliberate sequence to restore what has become depleted or disconnected, reclaim your authority and inner resources, meet the patterns that keep repeating, and help a new way of being become something you can actually live.
The Container
It is a personalised three-month container with six 75-minute Soul Alchemy sessions, usually held every two weeks, plus WhatsApp support between sessions. After our initial session I use channelled guidance to map the areas that are asking for attention and the order in which we may work with them. Sessions may draw on energy healing, guided journeying, ancestral or elemental work, shadow work and practical reflection. The roadmap gives us direction, while remaining responsive to what actually unfolds as the work progresses.
6 Private Sessions
75 minutes each. We meet every two weeks, establishing a steady rhythm of exploration and anchoring. The final session is dedicated purely to integration.

Available online via video call, or in-person in Horsham.
Between-Session Support
The space between our calls is often where the real friction and insights occur. You will have access to a private messaging channel (WhatsApp or Telegram) to share reflections, ask questions, or process moments of resistance as they arise in real-time.

Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time.
Response Time
You can expect a thoughtful response within 24–48 working hours.

The takeaway
Rather than having a powerful insight and then returning to the same patterns, you have time and support to integrate real change. Over three months, you will work on what is keeping you stuck, reconnect with your inner resources and create a stronger internal foundation for what comes next.

A Journey in Practice

Over three months, we didn't rush to create a "new 5-year plan." Instead, we moved from deep disorientation to a grounded sense of quiet confidence. We worked through the grief of the closed chapter and established a new internal rhythm.

What this Journey can and cannot promise
The outcome is not a guaranteed external event. I cannot promise that a particular person returns, that a particular job appears, or that life follows one predicted timeline — that depends on many factors, not only on the work we do together. The deeper intention is a change in the place from which you meet your life: more connected to yourself, clearer about what is yours, more able to receive support, and more able to speak and choose.

What if I need more than three months?
Three months is usually enough to stabilize a transition and find your footing. If further support is needed, we can discuss follow-up options, but the goal is your self-sufficiency.
