Nessa Wei / Soul Alchemy offers holistic energy healing, intuitive readings and astrological guidance. This work is complementary and spiritual in nature. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, financial, legal or professional advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or promise to cure any condition. You remain fully responsible for your own health, financial and life decisions, and are encouraged to continue working with qualified medical or professional practitioners where appropriate.

Sessions are booked through our online scheduling widget. Online sessions are confirmed automatically once booked. In-person sessions in Horsham are confirmed by Nessa individually, once availability of the space has been checked — you will hear from us shortly after booking.

Prices shown on this site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely through our booking platform and payment processor (Practice Better and Stripe), or by invoice for the Soul Alchemy Map. We do not store your card details.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we will find a new time at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund, though we will try to be flexible where genuine circumstances arise — please just get in touch.

The free Oracle Reading Gateway and recorded readings, once delivered, cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the work has already been completed and delivered.

Where a session or reading is recorded and shared with you (for example, via a private video link), that recording is for your personal use only. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish it without our permission. Any generic or educational content Nessa publishes publicly (on YouTube, Instagram or this site) remains her own intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by law, Nessa Wei / Soul Alchemy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of these services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
